The Vanuatu Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (VFIPA), in 2020 provided an exception to Pacific Ocean Domes in regard to the The Foreign Investment Act No. 25 2019, allowing Pacific Ocean Domes to construct cyclone shelters that provide secure cyclone and earthquake proof structures for the citizens of Vanuatu.  www.investvanuatu.org
